We do not track you
CareerMatch uses no Google Analytics, no advertising pixels and no third-party marketing cookies. The only cookies we set are those strictly needed for you to sign in and for us to remember your preferences.
1. What they are
A cookie is a small file a site stores in your browser to remember something from one page to the next. Without them we could not tell that you are already signed in.
2. Cookies we use
All of them are essential: without them the service does not work, which is why the law does not require prior consent to set them.

3. What we store in your browser that is not a cookie
Most of your data does not travel in cookies but in your browser’s local storage. It is not sent automatically to any server and is not accessible to third parties:
- Your CV and the generated results.
- Your Pro or Elite access key, so you do not have to re-enter it.
- Your chosen language, saved jobs and template preferences.
- The free usage counter.
If you clear your browsing data, all of this disappears from your device. You can do it whenever you like, without telling us.
4. Third-party cookies
We embed no advertising, social buttons or third-party analytics on the site. There is one obvious exception: when you click buy, we take you to the payment gateway’s page (Revolut, Creem or Stripe). That page belongs to them and uses their own cookies, needed to process the payment and detect fraud. They are governed by that gateway’s privacy policy.
5. How to control them
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Note that blocking the essential ones will stop you staying signed in or activating your key.
6. Changes
If we ever add analytics or any non-essential cookie, we will update this page and ask for your consent before setting it, not after.
