CareerMatch is a trade name of CAREER STRATEGY SOLUTIONS LIMITED. The site previously operated under the domain css4jobs.com, which belongs to the same entity.
2. Purpose
This notice governs access to and use of the careermatch.app website. Use of the tools and purchase of plans are additionally governed by the Terms and Conditions.
3. Nature of the service
CareerMatch is a support tool for job hunting. It is not an employment agency, a temporary work business, or a recruitment service. We do not act as intermediaries in selection processes, we do not submit applications on your behalf, and we have no contractual relationship with the employers whose postings are shown.
Content generated by artificial intelligence is indicative and must be reviewed before use. It does not constitute legal, employment, tax or immigration advice.
4. Third-party job postings
The postings shown come from job boards and companies’ public careers pages. We neither create nor individually verify them, and they may be closed or out of date when you see them. We are not responsible for their content, their accuracy, or the selection process of the company publishing them.
Company names and logos that appear belong to their respective owners and are used solely to identify the relevant posting. Their presence implies no relationship, sponsorship or endorsement.
5. Intellectual and industrial property
The software, design, code, the CareerMatch brand, its logos, the CV templates and the site copy are owned by CAREER STRATEGY SOLUTIONS LIMITED or used under licence. You may use the templates and generated documents for your own applications, without limit. You may not resell, redistribute, repackage them as your own product, or extract them systematically.
6. Liability
We aim to keep the information on the site correct and current, but we do not guarantee it is error-free or that the service runs uninterrupted. We are not liable for decisions you take based on generated content, nor for the outcome of your job search. The applicable liability limits are in clause 10 of the Terms and Conditions.
7. External links
The site contains links to third-party pages — job postings, corporate sites, the payment gateway — over which we have no control. We accept no responsibility for their content or their privacy policies.
8. Governing law
This legal notice is governed by Irish law. The courts of Ireland have jurisdiction over any dispute, without prejudice to the rights consumer law grants to consumers resident in the European Union.
